Brace Bridge Horror?

“special Farmstay”?!
3 month are left, since iam in canada. When I’am imagine that I want leave Canada now, one month ago. NO WAY! I’am glad that my advanture goes on.

But listen in which strange situation iam now. Iam in Brace Bridge at the Guhas Lion farm. The Guhas are a couple which are over 70 years old and got 6 Lions, 3 Kuga lions, one Panta, 2 dogs one housecat.
For the first I thought, oh sounds nice and interesting, it was always a dream to work with wild and dangerously cats.
But I found some thing, which I can`t agree with!


Negative Arguments:

The 10 lions must live in small boring cages, smaller spaces than horses! They looked bored and their belli button hang fat down, because they have no movement!! He told me, there is not enough money to build bigger cages. I can see, but why most it be 10 Lions and not less?
I ask nanda, he is a man who cames from india, where his father was king of a area near to the mount averest, “do your lions don’t need more space? “
He replyd: “No, otherwise they would belive I don’t love them, they want to stay close to the people. Look their, the lions can run to the other side if they want and sometimes hide in the box”

I was shocked! But that is not all. Previously he trained the lions for movies. But is a long time ago. This guy just look overhelmed for his age. He isn’t able to carry backets with firewood anymore. And have strongly deabetis type 1 need isoline injections every day! But has still 10 lions?!
When we feed the animals we get a bunch of frozen chickens from the friser. This is just disgusting, because we has to scratch the bodies out, because they stucks so tight together. And the smell is horrible! It smells like broken dead! Im a vegetarian, but the to see the dead chicken boddies is not the worse. Is just the unclean situation!
One day we picked the chickes up from a chicken farm. And nanda was to tired and to exhausted to carry they 400 kg chickens out from they backyard of the car. He sad, the chickens can stay there and we can feed them every day right away from the car. Hello????!!! Is he crazy, that are dead body, which can bring sickness!
That is just dangerous! But he said, that he is doing this 40 years.
One time I discovered dead chickens somewhere on his property loose around!! And a broken freaser too. He just trough the chickens away like it is compost! But without bury this pile!
That isn’t responsible.
They too dogs are young and are the howle day tie at chains outside. I insisted that I want to walk them around, wnigstens for 5 minutes a day. Because nanda said, ohhh they dogs don`t need this they just pull you at the leach!
Iam soooo shocked and disappointed! Why Canadians don’t has ruel for tierschutz!!!
I don’t feel well with the situation for the sad lions and the dogs!
Even the inside from the house is unclean and a big mess. Christel the wife from germany want to border every ods and needs for no reason! You have no place to seat down and we always eat between stuff, pappers, loos money, pills, yards everything! Sometimes I think I have to trouw up, so bad condisions there are! And the fritge is just grose, sticky and some hairs stick on the lebensmittel.
I try to eat as less as possible. Christel has two sick legs and needs hours to go from a to b. so she isn’t able to clean anymore.
I like old people, but this family need realy professionell help for their housekeeping and animals… I cant see this. Actually I have nothing against the Guha family, even like them. But I can´t improof the situation.
I had to cut my time a little and to leave earlier. Sometime Nanda tried to überreden me. For him iam like a daughter he said. Sorry, But its worse than in the first family in Bellwood.
The best thing, I have no internet here. So that is my 7 day without internet! And so I didn`t spoke to anyone about this! I didn’t want to make somebody worry about me…. But it just stupid because its pretty unsave here. Not just the healthy conditions. Often nanda had troubles because of his lions. Some youth have been here to tease the lions in the middle of the night. Hes father was killed by his onkel, because he had much money. That is way nanda don’t want money anymore. But its weird. He sad he can not buy new glases for 600 dollars he needs, but has a car which cost 73 000 dollars.
He drives with a front window, which has a einschußloch from a gun?! He didn`t want to tell me the story and to fix it as well!
Sometime when did a deal with his tigers, he never heard again something from the custumor and never saw his money back. Yes of course, I sad, people which deals with tigers are couruped, why the hell you didn’t do a contract?!

Positiv:
They good thing is, you can touch some of the lions and its seems to be that they like and trust Nanda realy. But that is not a price a animal suppose to pay for the people! I got to know these animals and can say I just love them and respect them a lot! But its not a life what they deserve.
Its too sad, because the guhas got lions for many years, so you don’t can them tell to do better.
So I have been here just for 9 days, but I can´t do it longer.
I have the feeling its more than unsave and unhygienisch. To bad, because I love the lions.
