New Destination-Pretty River

Yeah! I found a farm, where i can life and work.

After weeks full of desperations and uncertainity i got an solution!

It was a good advice from Moritz friend Sarah (Krefeld) who have me recommendet to find

 something for a farmstay at wwoofer.ca. that was great! you have over 100 opportunities

in just one region like ontario.

so after one week send applications, i get over 10 positives response back.

The response from the Pretty River Valley Country Inn was the fastes one.

Linda sound so lovely.

And its true. My feeling was right. I love the whole staff and the pretty place from the Pretty Inn.

They treat me like a family member and do everything that the staff feels well. 

My task is to clean the few hotelrooms and to do chorse (how ever you spell it ^^) for the animals. All together it takes just 6 hours the day. And it makes a lot fun to work in such a beautyful place, surroundet of mountains, rivers, mapletrees.

2 days the week i get a day off. Last time Linda and Paul gave me a visit at the spa which i enjoyed.

They are realy lovely People and i gonna miss them a lot. I am sure, i will visit them again one day!

There are a french couple in the same age like me, which work with me every day together. It is great that i meet them. They both are so cute and friendly. We spend a lot of time together and have fun. :)

How life goes // Surprise

One day, i did'nt expect it, Linda asked me if i would like to work for her and to earn money. That is not usually for the wwoofer farmstay programm. The idea is just to work and get for this a stay and food.

So i was realy suprised and delighted :)

(but i have no work permit :( damn! so i try to apply for this now)

Iam exitied what comes next ;)

How i feel right now?

Like Esther W. told me :) It was good, that things didn't work like i have planned them. Otherwise i never would have made this terrific experience, see so many places just in one month and meet many nice people.


And my back is alright again. I can`t believe this! Without visiting a doc.

I feel stronger and iam glad that i havent give up. And thank you my friends for being a big support for me!

I love canada, i enjoy they country and iam realy sad for every single day which goes by.

I have decided to stay till july and change my flight which goes in april back to germany.

Yes, now i could imagine to live in Canada. Absolutly. If i don't get a job in germany one day i want to apply in canada to live here :)

Good Morning Happy Wetnassday

This Morning i woke up from a screaming french speaking Vincent. For the first moment i was annoyed, because it was my day off and was deeply sleeping. He goes: Natascha don´t move out from your bed! You can swim on the floor. Yes everywhere on the ground was water. ( Iam lucky, that my laptop and all the technical stuff were not on the floor this night. Because i leave them often there.

The reason is quite interesting: Yesterday the snow began to melt because we had 15 degrees. And this night we had a lot of rain. So the many water and the melted snow was collected and  run down the hill into the house.

Ok great, i have seen that my books are wet. nice.

Now we spending time to clean the rooms up and dry our clothes. This night we 3 slept inside the guestroom. :) It was quite fun.  Somebody was snoring. I am sure it was Mr. Broccoli :P
